Rather than focusing on rigid technical perfection, this experience explores Shibari as an embodied medium for communication, nonverbal attunement, and shared somatic presence.
I. Arrival & Tea Ceremony
Transition from the outside world with an opening tea ritual, guided grounding breathwork, and a collaborative container agreements circle.
II. Somatic Connection
Engage in partner-based nervous-system regulation practices focused on boundary expression, attunement, and mindful giving and receiving.
III. Guided Shibari Tie
Learn foundational rope skills to create a beautiful, connective tie together with ongoing one-on-one facilitation and safety support.

Enjoy unhurried, spacious floor time to explore your personalized rope rhythm, concluding with guided reflection and nervous-system integration.
